Over the last few months the Board and staff of CLLM Inc. have been working on a new strategic plan for the organisation, as our current plan concluded at the end of 2011. 

We are pleased to report that we have now completed the planning process including stakeholder input.  The plan was finalised and formally adopted at our AGM in March.

The new plan identifies two main areas of operation: our programs and our organisation, each of which has four key focus areas as follows:

    - Graduate Program

    - SkillsBank

    - Community Program



2. Our Organisation

    - Governance & Culture

    - Finance & Administration

    - Relationships, Marketing & Communication

    - Future Development
