Community Leadership Loddon Murray Inc. (CLLM) aims to develop leaders for vibrant and sustainable communities across central and north-west Victoria by engaging, encouraging, and empowering members of the community in leadership roles in three ways:
Our annual leadership program – the Loddon Murray Community Leadership Program (LMCLP) which has been operating since 1998 and aims to develop and build on participant skills and knowledge, ability and understanding, assisting them to become more effective community leaders.
Our Graduate Program – which has been in operation since early 2006 and includes an annual program of events to engage our graduates and continue to grow their leadership skills and experiences, as well as our SkillsBank, which as the name suggests is a bank of skills – those of our graduates – which we make available to community/not-for-profit organisations at no charge.
Our Community Program – a new element to the organisation which enables us to develop and facilitate community and special interest programs, workshops and events that expand on existing personal and community leadership capacity.
Our region encompasses 11 local government areas across central and north-west Victoria including Buloke Shire Council, Campaspe Shire Council, Central Goldfields Shire Council, City of Greater Bendigo, Gannawarra Shire Council, Hepburn Shire Council (part), Loddon Shire Council, Macedon Ranges Shire Council, Mount Alexander Shire Council, Northern Grampians Shire Council (part), and Swan Hill Rural City Council.
